Welcome to Tails & Trails Telford. By booking any service with us—including dog walking, pet sitting, overnight care, or any related pet care service—you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Service Overview
Tails & Trails Telford provides professional dog walking, pet sitting, and general pet care services in and around the Telford area. With over five years of hands-on experience, full insurance, DBS clearance, and qualifications in pet sitting, dog walking, and pet first aid, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate care for your pets.
2. Client Responsibilities
By booking with Tails & Trails Telford, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their pet’s behaviour, health, medical needs, and routine.
- Ensure pets are vaccinated and free from contagious illnesses.
- Provide safe access to the property as needed for the booked service.
- Supply necessary items such as leads, harnesses, food, medication, litter, and cleaning supplies.
3. Safety & Wellbeing
Your pet’s welfare is our top priority. To ensure safety:
- Pets must be well-socialised and non-aggressive unless a prior agreement is made.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a pet poses a risk to itself, the handler, other animals, or members of the public.
- In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact you. If you cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.
4. Insurance & Liability
- Tails & Trails Telford is fully insured for dog walking and pet sitting activities.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or illnesses that occur during or after a service.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to property, other animals, or people.
5. Keys & Access
- Any keys provided will be securely stored and used only for the purpose of accessing your property for booked services.
- Keys will be returned at the end of service or upon request.
6. Payments
- Payment is due on or before the date of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Services will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see below).
8. Weather Conditions
In extreme weather (heatwaves, storms, ice, etc.), we may modify services to ensure pet safety, such as shortening walks or opting for indoor play.
9. Photography & Social Media
With your permission, we may take photos of pets during services for social media or promotional use. No personal information will be shared.
10. Agreement
By booking any service with Tails & Trails Telford, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Cancellation & Refund Terms
- Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be confirmed by Tails & Trails Telford before a refund can be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
